Vishnu the facilitator & Twashta the creator of life in the womb:

ree

viṣṇur yoniṃ kalpayatu

tvaṣṭā rūpāṇi piṃśatu

ā siñcatu prajāpatir dhātā garbhaṃ dadhātu te.. rig ved 10.184.1

“May Viṣṇu create the womb (yoni), may Tvaṣṭā shape the forms, may Prajāpati sprinkle (the seed), may Dhātā sustain your embryo.”

If we truncate the above verse to the essence of fashioning the body of the human in the womb, it can be reduced to :

"Tvasta yonim vishatu, Vishnor yonim kalpayatu".

Vishnu is creating the yoni, then the Garbha pinda and the primary mark which is to be manifested at the first month is made by Tvashta, the Vishwakarma.

Everyone knows that Tvashta is a sculptor. He, apart from doing the architecture of buildings and structures also is responsible for the fashioning of weapons, creation of iconography, developing cosmetology, personal beautification, personality development, everything that is a form of creative generation and designing. He does the work of structuring inside the womb too. Twashta goes inside and creates the following 5 things.

1. All the Avayavas or limbs to be present, this is called the Pramanam.

2. All the Angas or organs to be present. This is called the Anga Vaishadhyam.

3. All the size, shape and personal proportionate ratios to be maintained between those various parts of the body. That is called the Parimanam.

4. All the objectives that are there to be made either as a handicapped structure where it is not available or available in a shorter size, or may have projected. This is called as Vaikalyam.

Due to the purva janma sanskaras of a jiva, he begets the body. Good karmas grant a beautiful, healthy and a stronger body. Dushita sanskaras give deformed, crippled, diseased or hideous body which may have the following flaws.

1. Totally handicapped.

2. Available, but not functionally working.

3. Even available that will be smaller in size or extra projective in size.

These types of bio-architectural discrepancies are created by Twashta in thewomb based on one's destiny.

5. Distinctive or similar features to that of one's ancestors. So in the bio-architecture he makes Vaiparithya, something which is extraordinary.

Sadrishya, something that is resembling your uncle, your mother, father or grandfather, some portions. Vailakshanya, something very distinguishable from them. Vyavritha, something very different from them.

All these 5 things he fashions in the womb. So he makes the Angas and Angapramanas along with the Angavirupas. Then the Vaiparithya where it must be different and Sadrishya where it must be similar resembling with these people. So this resemblance, disparity, distinguishability, either Nyunataha (diminishingly) or Adhikataha (comprehensively), either mega-projection or micro-sizing or structuring, styling, shaping and sizing, everything is made in the womb by the bio-architect, the Twashta- Vishwakarma as per the invaluable injunctions of Vishnu.

So this is the vedic bio-architecture and the process of jiva taking the body in the womb. Beyond this is the theo-eugenics. That is by worship, prayers, rituals, puja, prarthana we can bring about positive changes in one's destiny and remove the flaws from the body. But this discussion is best left for dome other time.
