Different upasana murtis of lord Narasimha:


There are 108 upasana murtis of lord Narasimha deeply hidden across the Veda samhitas, puranas and agamas. Out of which 74 are accessible with sadhana and thorough reaserch. Remaining 34 are only obtained through lord Narasiṁha's blessings or anugraha only. The 74 upasana murtis we are revealing here today. They all have their mantras and tantra patal or kalpas. Some have complete panchang upasana paddhati (kavach, sahasranama , stavan, hruday, stotra/Gita) but for others general Narasimha panchang upasana is followed.


The main sources of knowledge are: Narasimha tapanyupanishad, Narasiṁha puran, Vishnu puran, markandeya puran, Padma puran, bramha samhita, bramhand puran, Ahirbudnya and Vihagendra pancharatra agams bring main sources of knowledge.

After one finishes upasana of lord Narasimha with his primary mantras and receives purnabhishek in the Narasiṁha krama, one is introduced to his different forms. Which can be invoked very easily and specifically for targeted goals, achievements as well as tantrik prayogas.


The prayogas, upasana paddhati is given only to an eligible disciple who has followed the guru, parampara and krama. Do not approach and ask for the mantras tantras of these forms. This post is for educational purposes and to attract rightful sadhakas who genuinely want to full time practice Narasimha upasana under the guidance of competent gurus.
