Narasimha sadhana for physical and mental strength:

Many people have problems of weak physical and mental strength. They are easily tired, feel timid, fatigue, lazyness, constant fear and under confidence. For such people this mantra Sadhana from Chaitanya's gauda sampradaya is a boon. Anybody who does proper sadhana of this mantra with all the Yama niyama gets his/her physical and mental strength improved drastically by the grace of supreme lord Narasimha.
Sadhana procedure:
- This sadhana should be started from any Shukla paksha Chaturdashi/Swati nakshatra/one's own janma nakshatra.
- One should perform this sadhana in bramha muhurta i.between 4:24 am to 6:00 am or in evening between 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. It's even better if performed in both the times.
- one should maintain celibacy, silence and a healthy diet and sleeping on a kusha+woolen mat non the floor during the sadhana.
- one should have bath, wear red clothes and sir facing east direction. Place a four stand table infront of you. Cover it with red cloth and make a mound of red rice grains on it.
- place a mahabal Narasimha yantra on it or keep a laxmi Narasimha idol. Not should be completely energized. Then light 5 pure ghee lamps facing towards lord Narasimha with two strands of saffron in them. Burn sandalwood incense.
- now make other arrangements as per the pre preliminary Puja procedure given on the below link and perform the rituals. Take Sankalp for enhancing of physical and mental strength.

- after finishing the pre preliminary Puja procedure worship the Lord Laxmi Narasimha with sandalwood paste, turmeric powder, kumkum, Akshata, tulsi leaves, sandalwood incense, pure ghee lamps and suji halwa as food offering.
- after the puja meditate on Powerful form of lord Narasimha and feel his energies inside your mind and body. Feel that your strength is improving and body and mind are rejuvenating. Perform Ashwini mudra while meditating.
- after meditating like this for 15 minutes. Take the red sandalwood rosary in your hand and pray to it for success. Then take a copper tumbler and fill it with pure water, gangajal, tulsi leaves, bhimseni comphor and pure sandalwood paste. Energize it with shankh mudra. With every blow air into the water kept in copper tumbler.
- now start chanting the Mantra given below. This sadhana has to be finished either in 41 days (33 rosaries/day) or 21 days (66 rosaries/day morning-evening).
Mahabahu Mantra
|| Om Nrim Narsinghaay Bal Pradaay Mahaabaahave Hreem Om Phat ||
- After finishing daily sadhana offer the mantra japa to lord Narasimha, eat the food offering and drink this energized water. Do this till 41 days.
- on 42nd day do havan with 21 rosaries with kheer, durva, white sesame, bilva fruits and bilva samidha.
- do tarpan Of 2 rosaries with honey , water and kesar mixture. Do Marjan for 21 times.
- feed 12 bramhans.
- this concludes the sadhana.
Benefits of this sadhana are immense and visible change in the life of such aspirants can be seen in terms of strength. All should do this sadhana to improve their strength.
